About Us
Cordell Hull Utility District was incorporated on November 6, 1975 to provide water services for a specified portion of Smith County, Tennessee. The District is governed by a Board of Commissioners composed of three citizens who live or own real estate with the District. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable drinking water to our customers in Smith County.
